Do I have to register to buy All Human products online?
No, to buy on www.allhuman.fr we just need your basic contact information.
Your personal data is kept only for our customer file.
How long will it take and where will I receive my order?
Your package will be sent by post in the morning following your order (excluding weekends and holidays). It takes 2 to 4 days for metropolitan France.
The order will be sent to the delivery address informed in the order form. The cost and delivery time may depend on the country chosen when you finalize your order.
Can I modify my order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to modify an order once it has been placed, whether it is to change the quantity or delete an item.
You must return the item that is not suitable for you to receive a refund so that you can order the item you need.
However, if you need to change the size or color of an item and the change request is made shortly after the order is placed, you can contact our customer service department. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will only be able to intervene if the amount of the order remains the same.
Can I cancel my order?
No, any finalized order can no longer be cancelled and will be debited from your account. However, you can contact our customer service. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can stop the shipment and proceed directly to a refund.
What is the procedure for returning my item?
You have 14 days from receipt of the order to return any item to us.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with their original labels and accompanied by a copy of your order. Products returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, soiled or having been used will not be refunded.
Returns can only be made by post and the return costs are at your expense.
If the original packaging is too damaged, you can use your own reinforced packaging.
Items purchased during sales periods or during exceptional sales (sales, private sales, VIP sales, flash sales) or provided with a promotional code or a promotional offer, will not be refunded or exchanged.

Once your package has been received and the items checked, we will refund the amount paid for the purchase of the item excluding shipping costs directly to the same payment method you used to pay for your order
The refund period is approximately 14 days after receipt at our warehouse.
