Your ALL HUMAN items will be delivered to the shipping address you will have given us when you placed your order, after the payment of the order amount has been validated.
Your order will be dispatched within an indicative period of 2 to 3 working days (weekends and public holidays are therefore excluded). These deadlines are given as an information only.
If, at the time of delivery, the external aspect of the parcel is not perfect, we invite you to open it in order to check the state of the ALL HUMAN items delivered. In case of damage to the products, please detail them precisely by contacting our customer service.
Delivery charges are free of charge for orders exceeding 100 euros delivered in metropolitan France.
If an item does not suit you, you have a period of fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt to return it.
Items will be returned at the customer’s expense by a secure delivery method.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and provided with their original labels and packaging. In case of non-compliance with these instructions, the returned product will be considered as non-compliant by our return policy and the item will not be refunded.
We will refund the returned ALL HUMAN items at the invoiced price (including shipping costs, depending on the method of payment).
